- HARVEY, LILY RN, - 95, formerly of Newport, Hants County, died 7 Dec 1990 in Windsor Elms Nursing Home. Born in Bedford, Halifax County, she was a daughter of the late John and Jessie (Burrows) Maynard. She graduated in 1920 from New York Post Graduate Nursing School, New York City. She is survived by a daughter, Barbara (Mrs. Gordon Srr'oger), Prescott, Ontario; three sons , John, Brampton, Ontario; Eric, Donald. both of Newport; a sister Ethel (Mrs . Edward Bulman) , Moncton, New Brunswick; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Morley; two sisters; four brothers. Funeral in Newport United Church and burial in Riverview Haven Cemetery, Union Corner.
