• Notes

  Robert and his wife first settled on part of the old Berry homestead with his brother, Joseph. He later left his wife and two children and settled in Horton, NS. He again married and lived for some years in the Gaspereau Valley where he died. His wife Mary Crow returned to her old home in Debert NS and was married in 1821 to Robert McNeil of Masstown, where she died.
