He leaves everything to his wife Jane. A Charles Ward is one of the witnesses.Wensley Memorial Inscription:Sacred to the memory of Robert WARD of Downholme Park who d. 17 Sep 1827 aged 55 yrs. Also in memory of Charles WARD son of the above who departed this life 19 day Feb 1833 aged 19 yrs. Also Jane his wife who d. 25 Jan 1851 aged 78 yrs
