Notes - It's unusual, but there are civil birth records for her as both Muriel F. Ward and Muriel F. Wilkinson, both registered in 3rd quarter 1922, with mother's maiden name as Ward. So, I'm going to go with the assumption that this birth took place before the marriage of John and Jane, but that John Wilkinson was the father of the child.
