- SINGER, Stephen Vaughan — 51, Lake Echo, formerly of Noel Road, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2007, in Hants Community Hospital, Windsor. Born April 19, 1956, in Noel Road, he was a son of the late Neville and Thelma (White) Singer. Steve loved the outdoors, enjoying camping, fishing and hunting. He was an avid Mark Martin racing car fan and loved his Ford cars. Steve was a loving husband, father, brother and granddad and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Steve is survived by his wife, the former Esther Russel; his children, Wayne (Shannon), Provost, Alta.; Shelley Singer, Lake Echo; Amanda (Greg), Windsor; and Jennifer (Dana), Provost, Alta.; grandchildren, Jessica, Alexandra, Justin, Connor and Gregory; sister, Kathleen (Tom) Gorman, Carvel, Alta.; brother, Norman (Gail), Kennetcook; and sister-in-law, Velma White, North Noel Road; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Steve was predeceased by his brother, Reg White.
