Notes - It seems that Irene's parents were living in Yarmouth for some reason in 1924 and maybe Irene needed to register for school and they didn't have proof of birth. Since Irene's birth in Sydney was registered with the name Hazel Ward, they couldn't find it in the files, so Harry and Maggie had to register the birth in Yarmouth, where we find a second birth registration, only this time under Irene Hazel Ward.
