- MacLEOD, Norina78, of Bedford, passed away peacefully at home on January 11, 2009. born in Stornoway, Scotland, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Henrietta (MacIver) Findlay. Norina is survived by her husband, Alistair; daughter, Jeanette (Frederick) Ward, Windsor; son, Donald MacLeod, Bedford; brother, Angus Findlay, Owen Sound, Ont. Visitation will be held today from 7-9 p.m. in J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 2666 Windsor St., Halifax. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, January 14, in Bedford Baptist Church at 2 p.m. Burial in Oakridge Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bedford Baptist Church.
