- Obituary: Chronicle Herald - Saturday, 10 June 1989 - Page 12 -Robinson, James Whitman - 72 of East Village died Friday in EastVillage. Born in MacPhee's Corner, Hants County, he was a son of thelate Olie and Elsie (Roblee) Robinson. He lived most of his life in EastVillage and worked in the construction trade. He is survived by hiswife, the former Dora (Adams); three sons, William, East Village, Fredand James, both of Masstown; two daughters, Minnie (Mrs. RaymondHughes), Lepreau, N.B.; Brenda, East Village; two brothers, Aubrey, EastVillage, Ernest, Kentville; four sisters, Murial Spencer, Great Village;Jean (Mrs. John Patriquin), Londonderry; Laura (Mrs. Fred MacKinnon),Debert; Louise (Mrs. Clifford Wedge), P.E.I.; several grandchildren. Hewas predeceased by infant daughter, Marie. The body is in MattatallFuneral Home, Truro, visiting 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today. The funeral will beheld 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the Faith Baptist Church, Great Village, PastorSteve Adams officiating. Burial will be in the Mahon Cemetery, GreatVillage. Donations may be made to the Faith Baptist Church or anycharity.
